Training in small groups allows you to have a more personalized workout with more attention from the trainer, who will adapt the workout to your needs
Challenge your body and your mind!

A fun and challenging class based on HIIT (high intensity interval training) where we alternate phases of intensive training with breaks. We use Kettlebells, weights and other pieces of equipment that allow us to get benefits both on the cardiorespiratory system and on muscular endurance.
Each workout is structured as a full body session
