A fun and challenging class based on HIIT (high intensity interval training) where we alternate phases of intensive training with breaks. We use Kettlebells, weights and other pieces of equipment that allow us to get benefits both on the cardiorespiratory system and on muscular endurance.
Each workout is structured as a full body session


  A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone and define the whole body.

It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
